Introduction of Amabiki Kannon

Amabiki Kannon is a temple of the Shingon Buddhism Toyoyama group located in Ibaraki Prefecture, Sakuragawa Motoki.
The official name is Rakuhoji, which is called Mt.
However, it is rare to talk to Rakuhoji in the local area, and it is almost like the image of Amabiki Kannon, and the signboard on the road is clearly marked as Amabiki Kannon.
Amabiki Kannon is Kannon who is one of the best in Kanto for giving birth to safe delivery, child-rearing, child-rearing, evil control, and fortune.

It is an ancient temple that is said to have been built since ancient times.

It is a stone stairway that was completed over a period of one year and two months from 1821, the latter half of the Edo period, and is called a stone stave.
3000 kinds of hydrangea (hydrangea) of 10 species are planted on both sides of the stone steps, and the “Amebiki Kannon Hydrangea Festival" is held every year from early June to mid-July.

Also, on the second Sunday of April every year, the Madara Demon Festival is held to thank the demon.

It is said that in 1254, during the Kamakura period, the religious royal priest, Peru, persuaded the reign of Tojoori Hojo to rebuild the main hall.
During the Takebu era (1334-1338), the first general of the Muromachi Shogunate, Takashi Ashikaga , donated 316 kanbun and was revived.

Mt.Arimiki is a mountain of cherry blossoms, and the best time to see it is from early March to mid-April.
There are about 3,000 trees such as Kawazakura, Somei Yoshino, Yamazakura, etc. You can also enjoy cherry blossom viewing.

It seems that there is a spring called “Life Extension Water" which is located on the right side of the main hall and has the benefit of life extension.

There seems to be a time when peacocks (peacocks) are kept free on the grounds.
When I visited, duck ducks were resting beside the pond.
Carp feed was also sold at the stalls, and the children seemed to be having fun.

At the back of the first parking lot, you can also have lunch such as special lunch (about 1400 yen), which is a real Chinese cuisine of Yakuzen Chinese food at Mikasa.
The chef is Hiroaki Sodeyama, a chef in the Chinese section of Hotel Okura for 12 years, who welcomed many royalty and celebrities.
It was just lunchtime when I visited, but I regret that there are very few shops in the lower world to eat.
